What's Your Why?



The process of change is difficult and comes with unexpected challenges. Your "why" will be the thing that keeps you going.


Why do you want to be healthy?


Take some time today and write down the answer to that question on a few notecards. Put them in visible places in your house, in your car, and at your desk at work.


When it gets tough, take it and remember why you are doing it!
