Zach spent most of his life overweight. Health wasn't something that came naturally to him and because of that, he spent most of his life over 250 pounds. He would try different diets, exercises, and drugs, but no matter what the weight would come back.

After years of reading, studying, and applying different techniques, he was able to build the ANEW Method. This method is built on foundational research that can pragmatically be applied to anyone's situation. It has helped him burn fat, but more importantly create long-term health. 

Over the past few years, others have experienced this same result. They have lost fat, built strength, mitigated joint pain, and developed confidence in themselves. Their lives are changed for the better.

When does the 21-day challenge start?

This challenge will start on Monday, January 8th, 2024! Registration closes on Thursday, January 4th, at midnight.

When will I receive everything once I sign up?

By Friday, January 8th, you'll receive an email that contains our welcome packet. This will give you everything you need to be successful. We will talk through the packet together during our video call on Tuesday, January 9th.

What's the cost of the challenge?

The cost is valued at $325, BUT you'll receive everything for $65.

Do I need access to a gym?

Nope! This challenge includes a gym and home workout plan. If choosing the at-home option, resistance bands will be needed. Here's a link to order some:  CLICK HERE

Can movements be modified?

Yes! You can ask at any point to modify a movement via weekly check-in or through the group chat!

I have dietary restrictions. Will that be a problem?

In most cases, not at all! If we run into a problem, we can address it as needed.

When will the weekly check-ins take place?

The weekly check-in will be Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm and will last about 30-45 minutes. It will be held via Zoom Call.
