Try This Home Workout

If you've been crushing your home workouts and are looking for something a little more challenging, try this out!


Warm Up | Complete 2 Rounds

Run in Place | 2-3minutes

Jumping Jacks | 25 repetitions

Bodyweight Squats | 15 repetitions

Lunges | 5 repetitions each leg

Pushups |10 repetitions

Crunches | 10 repetitions



Circuit Workout | Complete 3 rounds with a 90 second break in between.

Bodyweight Squats | 20 repetitions (2 Second Hold at the Bottom)

Pushups | 20 repetitions (Hold bottom for 5 Seconds every 5th repetition)

Standing Lunges | 10 repetitions each leg (Kick back leg forward)

Dips | 10 repetitions (Use a chair for support. Be Careful!)

Single Arm Row | 10 repetitions each arm (Add weight with items around the house)

Crunches | 20 repetitions

Jumping Jacks | 30 repetitions

Plank | 30 seconds
