Our Post-workout Shake!

What up Fam!


I wanted to drop in and share with you a video of me making my post-workout shake! This is easily one of the most important meals of the day because your body is yearning for some good nutrients after a workout so that it can rebuild and be stronger. This is something we do after almost every workout and you should too! Here's three quick reasons why:


  1. Your body needs to rebuild and by not getting the necessary nutrients, you lose out on getting stronger and healthier.

  2. You are going to feel depleted after a hard workout, this is going to give you the energy to finish the rest of your day STRONG.

  3. It's a reward. This shake is the real deal y'all! It's like a dessert and every time I workout, I look forward to it.



Here's the recipe:

  • 1-2 scoops of protein powder (We use Optimum Nutrition Extreme Milk Chocolate)

  • 1 handful of spinach leaves (You need the veggies!)

  • 1 cup of milk (We use coconut milk, but feel free to use whatever you enjoy)

  • Dash of cacao nibs (If you want texture and you're feeling bougie)

  • 1/2 an avocado (This is the secret ingredient to make it creamier!)

  • Optional: Add ice to make it colder

Blend all ingredients in blender for 30-45 seconds. Enjoy!
