Muscle Mommy is an 8-week intensive to teach women how to create sustainable fat loss, build lean muscle in all the right areas, and gain confidence to live their fullest life!
During our 8 weeks together you'll learn how to:

When does it Start?
Muscle Mommy Bootcamp will start Monday, July 29th and conclude August 22nd.
When are the live training sessions?
They will be every Monday and Wednesday at 6:30pm. They will last approximately 60-75 minutes.
When will the live webinars take place?
They will take place every Thursday at 6:30pm! They will also be recorded if later viewing is needed.
Is this only for moms?
Nope, it's open to all women! However, we will be addressing content that is specific to moms during the webinars.
When will I receive my workout plan or gain access to the private group?
Once payment is received, you will receive a packet with everything included on Saturday, July 27th.
