If you are looking for an economical way to get the benefits of personal training, then this is a great option. With 17 options each week and classes limited to 8 people, you will get a personal training experience at a fraction of the cost. Our monthly pass gives you access to UNLIMITED classes.
One on One Personal Training
I will work directly with you. We will sit down and create a custom training plan, and detailed nutritional template, and assess any mobility issues or joint pain you may be dealing with. All of my time will be fixed on helping you achieve your goals. I have helped clients build muscle, lose weight, move more confidently, and feel overall better about themselves.
Custom Training and Nutritional Plans
If you are looking for direction with your training and eating, but don't need in-person training then this is for you. I will work with you to create a custom plan based on your goals. Once you give me an overview of your current health, I will write a four or eight-week nutritional and training plan to move you toward those goals.
**Personal gym membership will be required to follow custom plans.
