I was drowning. There were so many lies in my head that I had no idea was true anymore. I desperately wanted an anchor to keep me still, but my mind was erratic and dangerous. No matter what I tried, I couldn't get a grip on it. I doubted myself, my future, my relationships, and my career. I tried to end my life.
Fast forward to today. I have implemented tools and habits that have helped me win the battle with depression and anxiety. The battle is never over, but I find that I can consistently win.

From that experience, I have spent countless deep diving into mental health. As of writing this, I've helped thousands of people navigate anxiety and depression, launched a personal training business built on improving holistic health, and coached people directly from all locations. ABRI is the culmination of this. It's an online coaching program that focuses on scientifically proven habits that mitigate mental health problems. Weekly Touch Point
We will have a scheduled video chat each week to talk through your life and how I can best assist you. I will check in on your goals, we will adjust based on your needs, and you will be able to ask questions.
Custom Nutritional Plan
We will build a nutritional plan together! I will take a look at your eating habits and we will adjust so that you are getting the ket nutrients that directly effect mental health. This is NOT a diet. This is a plan to bring you into a better headspace.
Individualized Movement Plan
During our time, I will work with you and your schedule to create a movement plan that will maximize the hormones that directly impact anxiety and depression. This is not a"GET FIT plan. This is a "Get Mentally Strong AF" plan.
It's possible that a deficiency in a specific vitamin or mineral could be causing a lot of problems with your mental health. We will explore your nutrition, and lifestyle, and will add, as needed, supplements.
